Amelia Campbell Wins First MIAC Weekly AwardPublished by
Judging by the results, it would be impossible to guess that Carleton's Amelia Campbell's heptathlon score at Friday's Minnesota State Open was her first try at the event in her track and field career. The freshman dazzled in her debut multi-event performance, finishing fourth against mostly NCAA Division II competition and recording a score that registered on both the conference and MIAC levels.
